Shipping & Postage

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we had collected your payment, but we try for less.

After confirming that the product had passed our quality check, we shall post your product to you as soon as possible.

We repack your order to prevent any custom problems. You may choose to have your order sent in the original package, but we shall not be held responsible of the product is seized.

** Please note that we do NOT take responsibility for seizures to Australia or Netherlands. This is due to the high security level on both countries. However, partial refund may be available depending on individual cases.

We provide Shipping Options of your choice as follows:

1. First Class Priority Airmail - (Starting from $6.00)
The First Class Priority Airmail packages normally take up to 10 days for most destinations, however, this packages can also be expected to be delayed to up to 14-28 days of working days.
Please be aware that there is no way of tracking this package, and OrientalPharma and affiliates held no responsibility for any mail losses. (Please refer to our Terms and Conditions Section 7)

2. First Class Registered Priority Airmail - (Starting from $8.00)
The First Class Registered Priority Airmail service is a secured way for your goods to reach you. The OrientalPharma and affiliates hereby declares to take responsibility according to our Terms and Conditions of any problem due to the deliverance lost.
The First Class Registered Priority Airmail packages normally take 14-28 of working days for most destinations but delay can be expected. In some cases, countries such as Canada will detain the product in their storage. The timeline varies and it is outside our control. We expect you to wait until confirmation is sent by your Custom before contacting us.

3 . EMS - Express Mail Service - ( Starting from $45.00)
The EMS is an express mailing service that takes priority over any other postal service and OrientalPharma is ready to take responsibility in case of a mailing lost.
In most case, the EMS will arrive within 3-7 days after the delivery. You may track your order via an affiliated mail carrier website in your country.
Please be noted that your signature is required upon the acceptance of the goods.

** EMS is not available to Puerto Rico, APO or any other areas that is not covered by the EMS Service. Please use courier services instead.
** As of 12/1/2011, due to the higher security in various part of the world, the EMS is not protected under our Buyer Protection Policy until further notification are made.



4. FedEx Intl. Economy - (Starting from $45.00)
The FedEx is the world class logistic company standard rivaling only the UPS. Shipment is fast, and in most countries, the FedEx have their own custom for a fast and clear delivery.FedEx is another service that we are willing to take responsibility over any mailing lost.
FedEx usually takes 3-7 working days depending on where you live. A tracking code will be given out after we shipped your order. Please also send us your Phone Number for this service.

** Couriers will NOT ship to PO BOX. We will alter shipping method to Registered First Class Priority or EMS if you provide us with a PO BOX address.


5. UPS Express Saver - (Starting from $85.00)
The UPS is the world class logistic company standard rivaling only the FedEx. Shipment is fast, and in most countries, the UPS have their own custom for a fast and clear delivery. UPS is another service that we are willing to take responsibility over any mailing lost.
UPS usually takes 4 working days to the USA depending on where you live. A tracking code will be given out after we shipped your order. Please also send us your Phone Number for this service.

The UPS is the most expensive in our list due to the lack of UPS Center in Thailand. A few clients had commented that UPS service exceeds that of the FedEx.

6. TNT Shipping - (Starting from $85.00)
Another express courier service rivalling FedEx and UPS. TNT is another service that we are willing to take responsibility over any mailing lost.
TNT usually takes 4-6 working days worldwide depending on where you live. A tracking code will be given out after we shipped your order. Please also send us your Phone Number for this service.

** Couriers will NOT ship to PO BOX. We will alter shipping method to Registered First Class Priority or EMS if you provide us with a PO BOX address.


7. DPEX Express Shipping - (Starting from $75.00)
A worldwide shipping cooperating with DHL. DPEX provides service in cooperation with DHL and pricing is generally cheaper than TNT or UPS. Phone number is needed to use this service.
DPEX usually takes 4-6 working days worldwide depending on where you live. A tracking code will be given out after we shipped your order. Please also send us your Phone Number for this service.

** DPEX requires your phone number for the parcel. We will not ship by DPEX if you cannot provide a phone number.

*** Couriers will NOT ship to PO BOX. We will alter shipping method to Registered First Class Priority or EMS if you provide us with a PO BOX address.

8. DHL Express Shipping - (Starting from $75.00)
A worldwide shipping cooperating with DPEX. DHL provides service in cooperation with DPEX and pricing is generally cheaper than TNT or UPS. Phone number is needed to use this service.
DPEX usually takes 4-6 working days worldwide depending on where you live. A tracking code will be given out after we shipped your order. Please also send us your Phone Number for this service.Please refer to (our Terms and Conditions) in the event of a confirmed mailing loss. (i.e. non-customs)

** DHL requires your phone number for the parcel. We will not ship by DHL if you cannot provide a phone number.

*** Couriers will NOT ship to PO BOX. We will alter shipping method to Registered First Class Priority or EMS if you provide us with a PO BOX address.

OrientalPharma and affiliates reserves the right to alter your shipping option to First Class Registered Priority Air Mail as we sees fit, but only if we find that express may not be the best way of delivery in your area. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive as speedily as they can in the best possible state. However, due to the various circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible.

The circumstance outside our control would include:
(A) Actual time taken for delivery.
(B) Intervention of foreign customs and their procedures.
(C) Actual location and route of delivery.


Note for PO Box customers: Signature required on delivery for the EMS, however, if you use PO Box or you are not home to sign for the package, the mail carrier in your area will drop a package arrival notification slip or form in your mail box, then you can pick up your package at post office in your area at your most convenience time. We reserve the right to cancel all courier orders shipped to PO Boxes to Registered Priority Airmail or Express Mailing Service (EMS).


Tracking your Order
As of the EMS, we shall provide you with a tracking number, please keep this safe as any lost orders can then be traced.

If an order is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive, we can put a trace on the order from here. You may also inquire from your end. The registration number changes when the packages enters another country, but your post office should be able to provide the number assigned to your package.

Confiscated Orders
If an unlikely event that your orders is stopped, you shall receive a letter from the customs telling you that your had been seized.
Do not reply to the letter. Instead, mail the original letter to us and we shall discuss of the matter to benefit you most. (In the case that your order was shipped in a First Class Priority Airmail, any reships will be Registered)

We require 100% of the total order to be sent to us again if you wish us to reship your products before seeing the Custom Letter.

Any re-shipment with a 50% discount would only be offered if you provide us with a valid proof that the package had been seized. A good example would be a copy of a notice issued by the Customs authority. In some cases, we might ask for your Identification Card or Passport to avail the process.

Your order will be packed the way we think is best, this relates to the size and the value of the order, so your order may come in more than one packet.
